Email Creative Services for Publisher-Sent Campaigns
Strategy. Copy. Design. HTML. Production. One Place.
A publisher-sent email has to do two jobs at once: sell the offer and meet the sender’s production requirements. 3mail it handles the campaign pieces that make that happen—copywriting, subject lines, email design, responsive HTML, image preparation, links, and publisher-ready files.
Need the full campaign? We can build it. Already have part of it finished? We can start where your team stops.

Email Campaign Strategy
Email Campaign Strategy
Before we write a headline or open a design file, we decide what the email needs to sell, where the click should go, and what we want the reader to do when they get there.
We look at the offer, the audience you’re paying to reach, the destination page, the materials you already have, and the placement you purchased. From there, we determine the central message, information hierarchy, strongest selling points, primary call to action, and the most direct path from inbox to response.
Every decision should move the reader toward the right action without getting in the way of the offer.
Email Campaign Copywriting
Email copy has a different job than website copy, a brochure, or a sales presentation.
It needs to communicate quickly, keep the reader moving, make the value of the offer easy to understand, and lead naturally toward an action.
3mail it can write the campaign from scratch, refine existing messaging, or work from final copy supplied by your company or agency. Depending on what the campaign needs, that can include headlines, supporting copy, offer messaging, product or service benefits, proof points, calls to action, and closing copy.
We don’t write words simply because there is room for them.
We write what the email needs to do its job.
Subject Lines + Preheaders
The campaign starts before anyone sees the design.
A strong subject line introduces the reason to open. A strong preheader extends that thought instead of merely repeating it.
We develop subject-line and preheader combinations around the actual campaign, offer, audience, and publisher requirements. When useful, we can provide multiple options for review or testing.
The objective isn’t clickbait. It’s to make the value of opening the email clear enough to earn attention honestly.
Email Design + Layout
Good email design directs attention.
We use typography, spacing, imagery, content hierarchy, visual emphasis, and calls to action to make the campaign easier to understand and easier to act on.
The design is developed around your existing brand rather than forcing every advertiser into the same generic template. Your website, advertising, photography, brochures, product materials, brand standards, and other creative can all help inform the visual direction.
Whether the placement is described as a dedicated email, sponsored email, email blast, e-blast, or standalone email, the finished design should feel intentional, on-brand, and built specifically for the message being sent.
Responsive HTML Email Development
If the publisher asks for finished HTML, we code the approved email to its delivery requirements, including responsive structure, linked calls to action, optimized imagery, alternative text, plain-text support, and other requested production details.
If the publisher uses its own template, we prepare only the copy, images, links, and assets it actually needs.
We build for the placement you bought.
Image + Asset Preparation
Campaign assets rarely arrive in one perfectly organized folder at exactly the right size.
We can prepare the materials you already have for use in the email, including product photography, logos, existing advertisements, promotional graphics, brochures, screenshots, and other brand assets.
Depending on the campaign, that may involve resizing, cropping, optimization, simple compositing, CTA graphics, promotional elements, or preparation to meet publisher-specific dimensions and file requirements.
If the campaign requires original photography, complex retouching, custom illustration, animation, or another specialized production service, we identify that separately rather than burying it inside the project.
Calls to Action + Destination Links
Every email should answer one question clearly:
What Should the Reader Do Next?
Buy. Register. Download. Learn more. Request information. Schedule an appointment. Visit a product page.
Whatever the objective, we help structure the calls to action around it and create a clear path from the message in the inbox to the destination where the response actually happens.
We can also organize the campaign’s final destination URLs for publisher handoff so the right link is attached to the right action.
Publisher Email Specifications
Every publisher has its own way of doing things.
Some want HTML. Some want individual images and copy. Some specify image dimensions, word limits, character counts, file sizes, subject-line requirements, link formats, or mandatory elements.
Send us the specification sheet, media kit, submission instructions, or creative requirements that came with the placement.
We review those requirements before final production so the campaign is built with the publisher’s expectations in mind—not redesigned at the last minute because somebody discovered the specifications too late.
Publisher-Ready Email Production
The creative isn’t finished simply because the design is approved.
The final step is turning the campaign into the actual materials your publishing partner needs.
Depending on the placement, that may mean approved copy, subject lines and preheaders, campaign imagery, destination links, responsive HTML, plain-text content, or an organized collection of publisher-specific production files.
The deliverables are based on what the publisher requires rather than a one-size-fits-all package.
Approved. Organized. Ready for handoff.
Need Everything—or Just One Piece?
Already have approved copy? We can start at design. Have the design but need responsive HTML? We can pick up there. If the campaign is almost finished, we can review the publisher specifications and prepare the final files. If it’s starting with an offer, a website, and a deadline, we can build more of it.
3mail it scopes the work around what is actually missing, so you don’t pay to recreate work your team has already completed.
You don’t have to pay us to recreate work you already have.
