Let’s Talk About What You Bought.
You’ve already purchased the email placement. Before you start gathering files or trying to decode the publisher’s requirements, let’s talk through the campaign.
We’ll cover where it’s running, what you’re promoting, when the creative is due, what’s already finished, and what still needs to be built. No asset upload or finished creative brief is required before the call; the point of the conversation is to figure out what the project actually needs.
Start with the Placement
Start with the Placement
Tell us what you bought. We’ll help figure out the rest.
A dedicated email, sponsored email, email blast, newsletter placement, or publisher-sent campaign can come with very different creative requirements. Before we build anything, we want to understand:- Who is sending the email
- What type of placement you purchased
- What the publisher calls it
- When the creative is due
- When the campaign is scheduled to run
- What you’re promoting
- Where you want readers to go
- What you already have
- What still needs to be created
The first step isn’t uploading files. It’s making sure we understand the job.
What We’ll Talk About
The call is meant to be useful, not a generic sales pitch.
We’ll talk through the campaign and help determine what it actually needs.
That may include:
- Campaign strategy
- Email copywriting
- Subject lines and preheaders
- Email design and layout
- Image and asset preparation
- Responsive HTML email development
- Calls to action and destination links
- Publisher specification review
- Final publisher-ready production
If some of that work is already finished, we won’t make you start over.
If almost none of it is finished, that’s okay too.
We’ll figure out where 3mail it should step in.
Before the Call
You only need a few basics.
When you schedule, we’ll ask for a small amount of information so we can understand the context before we speak.
You don’t need to upload assets or prepare a formal creative brief before the call. Start with the campaign basics, and we’ll identify anything else we need together.
Campaign Data Powered by QSL2
Want to see what happens after they send it?
If you want reporting after the publisher sends the campaign, we can discuss Campaign Data powered by QSL2 during the call. It can give approved users access to available real-time clicks, conversions, forwards, and other campaign activity without changing who sends the email.
You don’t need to decide before scheduling.
They send it. You see what happens next.
Choose Your Campaign Call Time
Pick a time that works for you.
After submitting the campaign details, use the calendar below to reserve your time.
Once the call is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation with the meeting details.
What Happens After We Talk?
If 3mail it is a good fit for the campaign, we’ll tell you what we recommend and what we need next.
That may include:
- The publisher’s specifications
- Your logo and brand guidelines
- Product or service photography
- Existing advertisements
- Website or landing-page links
- Draft or approved copy
- Offer details
- Previous campaign materials
But by that point, you’ll know why we’re asking for them.
We’ll also confirm the scope, timing, responsibilities, and next steps before the project begins.
